Burnley welcomes Tottenham in an interesting clash from the 30th round of the English Premier League.

Tottenham are currently 2nd in the standings of the EPL, falling with 10 points behind the leader Chelsea. It’s hard to think that they have a solid chance of stopping The Blues from winning the title, so their biggest goal until the end of the season remains keeping their place in the Top 4 and once again playing in the Champions League.

As for Burnley, they are confidently moving towards securing their place in the Premier League for just another season. They currently have 32 points, so they need eight more to reach the 40 points mark – something which always guarantees a survival.

Tottenham are once again in a good run of results. The Londoners won three games in a row, winning against Stoke City, Everton and Southampton. Mauricio Pochettino’s team is moving well and they look as the strongest candidate to finish second behind Chelsea. Can they keep this rhythm in the remaining games of the season? We shall see.

Burnley on the other hand didn’t win neither once in their last five games. In their last match they managed to win a point during the visit to Sunderland, but as we already said – their position in the table is not bad at all, so they could still be confident of their survival in the league.

Harry Kane is injured for Spurs and missing the game, while Vincent Janssen and Erik Lamela remain doubtful for the away team. Everyone else at the White Hart Lane is healthy and ready to go.

Burnley can’t rely on Dean Marney, who is still recovering from a serious knee injury and who is out until the end of the season.

Tottenham are the favourite to win this game, mainly because of the class of the team and its ambitions in the league. We shall see if Burnley have the ability to fight back against an opponent of this level.
